Why we exist

This started with one little boy.

Maverick received a prenatal Down syndrome diagnosis and, at age one, was diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome. He spent eight months inside Johns Hopkins.

His medical team fought for his health. Our family learned how much of the journey happens outside medical care.

From lived experience to lasting support

One story became a mission for many.

The GapFear, isolation, sibling impact, disrupted routines, financial pressure, and uncertainty.
The ResponsePractical support, credible navigation, mental-health and peer connection, community, education, and advocacy.
The BeliefA diagnosis changes a family. It does not define the limits of what comes next.
